3. Service Availability

3.1. TikTok API Changes: TikFinity relies on TikTok's APIs to function correctly. We cannot guarantee the continuous availability or functionality of our Service, as changes made by TikTok to their APIs may affect our ability to provide the Service. 8. Premium Membership

8.1 Monthly Subscription: TikFinity offers a monthly premium membership subscription ("TikFinity Pro") that grants users access to additional features and benefits. By purchasing a Premium Membership, you agree to pay the associated monthly subscription fee.

8.2 Billing: Premium Membership fees will be billed on a monthly basis to the payment method provided by the user at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time by visiting the "TikFinity Pro" section on our website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Refunds

10.1 Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our Services, you have the right to request a refund within thirty (30) days of your last billed payment.

10.2 Refund Amount: Refunds will only be issued for the amount of the last invoiced payment cycle. No other fees or charges, including any previous billing cycles, will be refunded.
